Client Relation Services
Job Description
■To maintain and strengthen relationships with Japan and ex-Japan existing institutional clients and prospects.
■To develop and execute high quality of business plans and solutions for clients utilizing GCI Investment Strategy and proprietary investment knowledge.
■To prepare presentation and reporting materials for investment reviews and new business pitches.
■To take responsibility for client and consultant queries coordinating related internal teams and third parties and ensuring that responses are timely and of a high quality.
■Representing and promoting GCI advisory services at industry conferences as appropriate.
■To be based in Tokyo and must be willing to travel globally.
Job Requirements
■Strong and effective communication skills, in both English and Japanese, is a primary requirement.
■Prior work experience in a client services role is preferred.
■Broad understanding of the investment industry including macro-economic trends, investor landscape and regulatory environment is helpful.
■Ability to network and develop relationships with clients, consultants and other third party stakeholders, and to communicate and interact effectively with personnel within GCI.
■Candidates without relevant past experience may be considered.
ファンダメンタル・リサーチ
■マルチストラテジー運用チームに所属し、企業調査やマクロ経済調査を通じて、投資判断に有用な分析をファンドマネージャーに提供する仕事です。
■身軽なフットワークによる情報収集能力（含む企業訪問）と正確なデータ分析による問題解決能力、日本語・英語でのコミュニケーション能力を重視します。
■好奇心に溢れ、自ら分析を掘り下げていく熱意のある人材を求めています。
■世の中の動きに対する深い洞察に加えて、証券分析、会計、マクロ経済等に関する総合的知識を必要とします。
■勤務地東京。将来的にはシンガポール・ロンドン等海外勤務の可能性があります。
■金融以外での就業経験はプラスです。
クオンツ・リサーチ
■マルチストラテジー運用チームに所属し、定量的リサーチを通じて、投資判断に有用な分析をファンドマネージャーに対して提供する仕事です。
■ファイナンス理論に対する深い理解とモデル構築能力（含むプログラミング）、日本語・英語でのコミュニケーション能力を重視します。
■好奇心に溢れ、自ら分析を掘り下げていく熱意のある人材を求めています。
■ＩＴに精通し、データベース構築、日々の業務の自動化、グラフィックに優れたツールを開発する能力を必要とします。
■定量的分析能力に加えて、証券分析、会計、マクロ経済等に関する総合的知識を必要とします。
■勤務地東京。将来的にはシンガポール・ロンドン等海外勤務の可能性があります。
