Sincerity GCI believes in social justice and social responsibility in conducting business.
Fairness GCI values and aims to satisfy three pillars in our business – shareholders, clients and employees – , and that its business is fair and transparent.
Contribution GCI aims to make contributions to society through its business.
Our corporate culture regards teamwork highly, and the colleagues are here to help each other.
Challenge GCI will never lose the frontier spirit and, with our initial ambition in our heart, constantly aspires to become the leading player in the market.
Vision
GCI is determined to become a globally-recognised investment management firm to seek absolute return for our clients and contribute to the development of the investment industry in Japan and Asia.

The hedge fund industry in Japan and Asia is still in its infancy, but we believe that our vision is well within reach when those market professionals with abundant experience and strong determination have strong incentives and exercise their talents.

GCI was established as an independent enterprise in Japan and has since steadily accumulated know-how in hedge fund investment. We would like to take advantage of our unique position in the industry and are poised to become the best service provider in alternative investments.

Under our corporate philosophy, it is our sincere desire to make contributions to the development of the investment service industry in Japan and Asia.
